Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Tech Motive Tool 48054P-23019 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dayton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Reliance product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dayton such as the 3N592BB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2AD180CB35OB1BS03B2N1 manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2DB2005U by Manufacturer Reliance as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Abb Brand 3HAC17484900 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Reliance such as 36A003W415G15 equipment made by Reliance have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 402CNSP0S72 by Cmc and 36A003W415G15 spares by Reliance are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
